Creative thinking!
I have been brain storming with a friend, Camille about some craft things I could try out. She also has some pretty cool crafts you can check out at http://camillescasa.blogspot.com/. I decided I wanted to try barbie clothes. Everyone I talked to said they are really hard. It was a little challenging but I think I did pretty good for my first time. Tell me what you think? Would you buy these or something similar? And how much would you pay? It took me a hour and 15 min for the dress but I think I could do it faster and 2 hours for pants and shirt. I don't think these are the greatest but I think I can improve.

I loooove this! I looked at Etsy and there are only a handful of people that sell them, usually for around $5 each. Keep on sewing, next craft fair I'm dragging you with me!

ReplyDeleteThose are amazing Kari. It is expensive to buy Barbie clothes and they are always coming up missing. At least at my house -- we have 1/2 a dozen outfits for a dozen Barbies.
ReplyDeleteI've just caught up on your post. LOVE the sewing you've been doing. Cute Barbie stuff and skirt. Love Maxten's card. Wish I could see the home decor stuff in person. It's way cute. I'm pretty much done with my downstairs now. We're startin on our bathroom and bedroom. One day . . . maybe it will be done!
